Payment Policies

ENCORE Payment Policies

 1. All classes must be paid for in advance. No credits or refunds.

There are NO refunds for missed or dropped classes. When a student misses a class, the class should then be made up in a timely manner. Students are welcome to take another level class for a makeup class; check with teachers for schedule.

2. Tuition fees are the same each month and have been averaged for the entire year, regardless of holidays or absences.

Please write student’s name on your check’s memo line so there will be no confusion.

3. Monthly, semester, or yearly payments may be made.

4. A student will be watching class and unable to participate if tuition is 30 days overdue. A student will be dropped from class if tuition is 60 days overdue.

5. A $25 payment will be assessed for returned checks. Cash must be brought in for payment prior to next class or student will not be allowed to participate in class.

6. Costume payments must be made prior to November 1st. Costume will not be ordered without payment.

company payments. 


These policies will be very strictly enforced.
